Features

In comparison to the standard SuperFlex, the SuperFlex Plus offers the following advantages:

Ink circulates as in the conventional flexo printer		Viscosity is more stable
No need to refill the small ink tank		Faster setup and cleanup
Ink Circulation, Ink Collection and Cleaning using the three proprietary peristaltic pumps.		Only three minutes for ink collection and cleaning.*1
By using Isowa genuine cleaner*2, amount of ink loss and waste fluids will be even lower		Per wash, 80cc of ink loss and 300 to 350cc of waste fluids.

*1 Assumes use of detergent. Please see the FFG page for further details
*2 Ink cleaning in the SuperFlex Plus can be done with or without detergent.
